Social Media Brand Ambassador

 

Overall Purpose: Our Brand Ambassador will connect with potential and current customers through the social media platform to grow our engagement and elevate the brand value of Hill Country Honda. They will create a premier customer shopping experience within the store and be the ‘face’ of our dealership via social media. The Hill Country Honda Social Media Brand Ambassador must provide concierge style service and showcase the highlights of our HONDA models with a minimum of one (1) weekly video. They will also assist customers when coming into the dealership and personally deal with their sales need if they request you by name. Ultimately, the Brand Ambassador should be able to increase Hill Country Honda’s company brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Create a personalized customer experience with your educational knowledge of HONDA in your short :30 second videos every week [and send to True Blue Media to post]
  • Demonstrate HONDA model features [see sample video]
  • Showcase our company and how Hill Country Honda can help with all of their car buying needs
  • Provide exemplary service to VIP customers
  • Serve as an expert to make confident solution recommendations to customers when looking for a new/used HONDA
  • Responsible for learning all new vehicle launch features and showcasing them via your videos
  • For any Hill Country Honda event also create a social media content video
  • Post about our products/services online (e.g. social media and forums)
  • Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers
  • Thoroughly understand our products and services to inform potential customers
  • Use word-of-mouth marketing techniques, like referring our company to friends
  • Take direction from True Blue Media on all Hill Country Honda Social Media Brand Ambassador needs and communicate with them in a timely fashion

Social Media Manager – Internal Dealership Responsibility working with Brand Ambassador

  • Social Media Manager will still be responsible for engaging with customers via our social media platform – mainly Facebook – and responding to comments and questions in a professional and educational way.
  • Create, share and respond to online reviews
  • Use word-of-mouth marketing techniques, like referring our company to friends
  • Track customers’ preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas based on frequently asked questions or comments
  • Provide feedback to the General Manager and True Blue Media regarding customers’ requests
  • Track and report on competitors’ marketing activities
  • Take direction from True Blue Media on all Hill Country Honda Social Media Brand Ambassador needs and communicate with them in a timely fashion
